Ymitter Therapeutics, Inc.
Ymitter Therapeutics, Inc. is dedicated to developing innovative radioligand therapy to treat cancer. Our mission is to utilize peptides or small molecules as ligands to bind to receptor proteins on cancer cells, with the aim of revolutionizing cancer treatment. We are committed to making a significant impact in the rapidly growing radioligand therapy market. Our current research is centered on innovative biological targets, specifically DLL3, GRPR, and FAP. We have successfully developed low nM radioligands for these targets, and in vivo testing has demonstrated effective tumor targeting. This progress highlights our commitment to advancing therapeutic options in oncology.

Our Research
At Ymitter Therapeutics, Inc., our research efforts are focused on pioneering radioligand therapy to combat cancer. We are dedicated to advancing the field of cancer treatment through our innovative approach. Our team is committed to pushing the boundaries of scientific discovery and making a positive difference in the lives of cancer patients. We are passionate about our work and strive to be at the forefront of cutting-edge research and development in the field of radioligand therapy. Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) is a remarkably low-abundance protein on the surface of tumor cells. Compared to classic, high-abundance cancer antigens (which can have hundreds of thousands of copies per cell), DLL3 expression is lower by up to two orders of magnitude. In diseases like Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC), a tumor cell expresses on the order of only 6,000 to 14,000 DLL3 molecules. DLL3 is an exciting radioligand target due to its minimal in healthy tissues, presenting a unique opportunity for targeted therapies. However, its low expression levels pose significant challenges in developing effective drugs. We have innovatively developed novel method to address this issue, paving the way for more effective treatments targeting DLL3.
